We know that women have an easier time moving up  in the workplace today than they did 30 years ago, but if the number of women in powerful roles are creeping up at such a glacial place, how will we work to make sure that boardrooms reflect the diversity of the working population?

She went over her organization's 14th annual census of women serving as directors or executives at Chicago-based public companies. She had good news and bad! But more important than the specific figures, we talked about how companies stand to benefit from diversifying their corner office occupiers and we looked into the crystal ball of workplace equality 30 years from now.
