The Rundown
Looks like the City of Chicago is putting off a vote on the "promoter ordinance"-- which some folks say would put many clubs and musicians out of business-- so we'll have some more time to chew over the pros and cons.
Meanwhile, hundreds of West Siders gathered last night to push for a new Austin High School-- we'll talk to one of the organizers.
But let's get real-- we need to talk about the R. Kelly trial too (they started picking jurors yesterday) and this season's first UNASSISTED TRIPLE PLAY. Congrats to Asdrubal Cabrera... and the Cleveland Indians, even though they lost the game.
