In the second half of my interview with the NAACP's Karl Brinson, he takes issue with Melody Spann-Cooper's remarks at the FCC hearings. Spann-Cooper had argued that Clear Channel, with whom her company WVON has a lease agreement, doesn't owe anything to Chicago's black community. Here, Brinson explains why he finds that statement irresponsible.
