The song is about the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center aka the "Audy Home" and the dehumanizing and unsanitary conditions faced by its residents. FLY along with the Southwest Youth Collaborative (SWYC) is working on a campaign to clean up conditions in the Audy home and eventually close it down and build real rehabilitation centers.
