We've got music *LIVE* music in the studio today. Hoosier Jay Weinberg aka Epoch Apostle will be in telling us how his gas prices protest song was heard around the world. He'll be playing an acoustic set as well. He's coming with friends...and if you don't know the story, read the reprint from the Post Tribune below:

A Valparaiso man with a megaphone and a dislike for rising gasoline prices drew a crowd of onlookers and local law enforcement to the corner of Silhavy Road and LaPorte Avenue during Monday's commute.

Armed with an acoustic guitar and a megaphone, Jay Weinberg, 29, scaled to the top of Family Express' roof where he sang "Price Gouge'n," his protest against high gasoline prices. The price of gas there was $3.78 a gallon.

Supporting him were dozens of supporters who chanted: "I can't afford it. I'm banging on my dashboard. I can't believe they think I'm a fool."

The performance lasted about 15 minutes before three Valparaiso police officers arrived and arrested Weinberg for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. Police said Weinberg was cooperative.

The crowd, made up of Weinberg's friends and those who happened to be pumping gas, continued singing. Then, some, including his wife, Danielle, drove to Porter County Jail to bail him out. Weinberg left the building around 7:30 p.m and was greeted with cheers.

The incident came on the eve of today's primary election. Democratic presidential candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have different opinions about how to offer gas price relief. Clinton has proposed a gas tax holiday this summer, but Obama criticized her proposal saying it's an unsound plan and a pandering ploy.

Bobby Schaefer-Murray, Weinberg's friend, said the event was not politically driven. However, he and others are opposed to Clinton's gas tax holiday proposal. For more information about the protest and to hear "Price Gouge'n," go to www.gasolinesong.com
