Any genre except for straight up ambient or noise. Include links to your EPK - the more the better. We like to hear stories! DO TELL US what are your interests/inspirations as artists (bird watching? dinosaur hunting?), any unique experiences as a band (got arrested at an anarchist party? ate 50 eggs in front of your buddies?), what makes your live performance outstanding, what are you trying to explore/convey with your lyrics, basically anything that will spark a compelling conversation! We'll get back to you.

In studio: Now that NATO has mostly come and gone, Yana Kunichoff a reporter for Truth Out and the Chicago Reporter joins me in studio to talk about the proverbial morning after, as well as to discuss her observations of the protests.
The MusicVox: Music of the Movement
Jeremy Larson of Consequence of Sound will join me to talk about music of the movement. We'll talk about how people have used music to raise awareness to certain issues. We've also picked a couple of songs to share and discuss.
Today is the last day of The NATO Summits stay here in Chicago. Protests have been in full swing since last Monday. Sarah Lynn Pablo will join me by phone to talk about her experience as a participant in some of the anti NATO protests.
The MusicVox; Outernational in studio!
Even before forming future rock group Outernational, in Brooklyn, New York, its members were community activists. So of course when the band was formed, revolutionary rock followed. There new album is a sobering look into the harsh realities facing our undocumented immigrants.

Chicago MC Psalm One is no stranger to real talk. Hell she even created the popular Twitter meme, Real Talk Tuesday. Psalm One recently wrote a provocative post on Chicago it rapper, Keef Chief, a 16 year old rap artist whose music videos have gone viral. On her blog, Psalm One questioned whether we should be championing an artist, whose subject matter glorifies gun use and drug abuse, especially considering Chicago’s own issues with gun violence.
