Last Friday was a good ol hip~hop function located on Chicago's west side which ended with no violence and no Police (FYI haters of hip-hop) aka buss killers, trying to shut it down. Killah Priest was the main event, but I'm sure everyone including Priest would agree that the boom bap style of hip-hop was really deal.A small collection of hip-hop patriots came out to see the show.  To share the essence of this event I stolen some moments with my digital in which I would be more than happy to share with you.   Can you believe the event was just $5. You cant even see Killah Priest no where in NYC for $5, not even on NY's transit lines.So this goes to show you that true hip-hop is not ruled by money, "because money ain't skills check your hip-hop definition."Like always in all wayspeaceastnonchalantly.

I remember going to that event.... the space was very dope probably 2,000 sq. ft. with graffiti on all the walls highlighted with blacklight.  Moodswangs,  Alltrusims, Cypher Bullies, and Verbal Kent also performed at that show.  It was very underground, which made it more dope.
