sorry to release my neighborly frustration on here. so far she's tried to sue everyone, except us, on the block for miscellaneous things. I thought we were the only ones having issues until fairly recently, but everyone just seems to ingore her which is what we've been doing best. The last time she put a note on my car, 3 monthes ago, I wrote a really nice letter stating that if she'd like her own parking space then maybe she should apply for a handicapped parking through the city. I also stated in that letter that I feel threatened and will be forced to call the authorities if she comes near our property, including our vehicles, and I have evidence of her harrassment. I included the pictures I took of her (illegally dumping in my trash) in the envelope and signed it her neighbor at "X" address. SO far I've parked by her house several times since and have yet to recieve another note:)

My neighbor accross the hall acts weird, like if she's always worried or afraid of something.  She seems to avoid contact with the rest of us.  Today she was getting on the elevator as I was coming in the door.  She hurried up and attempted to let the elevator take off without me.  I just pressed the /\ button calmly and thanked her as I got on the elevator.  As my good friend Darlene says, kill 'em with kindness.
