Oh thanks. Sometimes French sounds better un-translated... Meaning kills the musicality of the language - though native English speakers are often sensitive to the musicality of their own language more than the French for their own language - otherwise French pop singers wouldn't bother to give and claim that they give meaning to what they sing, whereas the worldwide success of English-language music, well, speaks for itself.
But I will translate that piece - unless Kabuika wants to give it a try !
Sektor hosts the rap program "Showtime" every Monday on Radio HDR. On the day of the interview, he is with rapper Wolf, from the Paris area. How much does French rap owes to American rap? What is good quality rap? Do they understand what US rappers say? Not sure... so they come up with their own version - in French.
