I love life and all it's headaches. (you can learn a lot from heartache and mistakes, I'm finding) I currently work all over Chicago. I teach an afterschool Video Production course for 3 Chicago Alternative High Schools, I still freelance at Univision, for some local photogs...basically I'm trying to get work wherever I can get it! It's kind of interesting that way. I've recently gotten into Bikram Yoga--90 minutes of yoga in a 105 degree room. It's all mental (well mostly). I've learned I can push my body way beyond what my mind wants me too. I have many professional and personal goals in life. Personally I aim to analyze less and live more. I have a tendency to dissect everything, which sometimes is good, but most times just sucks the fun out of living! I want to find my purpose in life...I think it's working with children and teens, but I'm not quite sure how yet. I'm a good teacher, I'm patient and push the kids I work with to have their own internal judge, rather than waiting for me to tell them what is good and what needs work. (something I wasn't exactly trained to do and struggle with myself). I want to experience life outside the US for a while, but I think I'd ultimately want to return to make a difference for those that struggle here in our own country. I'm a highly emotional person. I feel so much at such an intensity sometimes I don't know how to deal with it. I care deeply about those I love and even those I don't even know! I'm giving, loving, and a bit crazy sometimes.
