Trashman: Trash Talk or Truth?

I got an email with a youtube video from a guy called the Trashman. He reads a list of between 15 or 20 latina and black females saying that he infected them with HIV. He claims what he did was with the purpose of teaching gold diggers "a lesson". He said he drives a Jaguar, a women were willing to have unprotected sex with him without question. Hundreds of people have commented on this, some even congratulating him on a mission "well done". What do you think???
