Plastic Dave http://www.myspace.com/evadcitsalp inspired,goaded,forced me into writing and recording music in May of 2007 after I arrived at MySpace and found all the great home recording artists and befriended them in the Acoustic Music Forum.It was all completely new to me.I had written some front porch instrumentals over the many years I have been playing guitar(almost 40 years now)But the technical side of recording,I was clueless and without his help I would be lost. I have gone from recording with an $8 computer mic to quality equipment and recording programs.It's a blast.I only wish I had started long ago.I don't know if I can keep up the pace I set for myself, somewhere around 30 songs this past year.Recently we discovered a site where musicians can play live together world wide.So far I have played for and jammed along with friends in New Jersey,West Viginia, Canada, Ireland, England and Sweden.Plastic D and I also get on there to work out songs.He is in New Jersey and I am in Illinois.Our song Inversion Eclipse is our first under the name of our collaborations The Pleasing Seconds http://www.myspace.com/thepleasingseconds.
