What do you know about plastic water bottles?
Apparently they can leech hormone disrupting chemicals into your water (the bottles with a recycle #1 on the bottom can do so if reused). Warm liquid or food in styrofoam containers is, apparently, death itself. Perhaps this has something to do the rise in breast cancer?
I've started using those reusable metal swiss bottles. They are metal with an inpenetrable alloy inside. (http://www.mysigg.com/) After reading up I think I might ditch my favorite bottled water (unfortunately). Back to the old tap water and filter...
