On today's episode, AMp hosts Molly Adams and Brian Babylon discussed potential upcoming changes to the Chicago Public School system. The Board of Education is meeting on Wednesday to decide whether to close or reform 17 underperforming schools. So why do some schools perform poorly and what solutions exist to make these schools a better learning environment?

Molly and Brian spoke to Emma Tai and Jasmine Sarmiento, two members of VOYCE (Voices of Youth in Chicago Education), about their views on Chicago education reform, especially in regards to controversial disciplinary action, such as charging students fines for misconduct or even breaking up fights with tasers.
