Why did President Obama travel to India Well We Are A Public Uninformed

The full story is below but it begins with this under a needed subtitle;

 

“While President Obama was visiting India, he briefed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the status of his administration’s investigation of Mr. Headley, including the failure to act on repeated warnings that he might be a terrorist. A senior United States official said the inquiry has concluded that while the government received warnings, it did not have strong enough evidence at the time to act on them. “Had the United States government sufficiently established he was engaged in plotting a terrorist attack in India, the information would have most assuredly been transferred promptly to the Indian government,” the official said in a statement to The New York Times. The statement did not make clear whether any American agencies would be held accountable.”

 

Who is Mr. Headley and again why on earth was the reports made my his former wives yep two of them and his ex-girlfriend taken so lightly whereby it threaten the safety of this nation as it related to foreign policy?

The Strange case of Mr. Headley

 

Did this story receive media coverage and here is my point again some one else well this time 2 ex wives and an ex girlfriend all coming forth about the possibility of terrorism via someone who was employed from within the offices of the DEA. What makes this story even worse was I encountered the very same lack of response and interest when I had reported possible cell activity within Chicago Illinois. Again we are spending within larger than life budgets for antiterrorism but again who is being protected and what’s their source huh? Does it only include the clouted insiders who know more than the general public, or is it driven by dollar amounts that the agencies will receive in capturing folks who they use again huge budgets to watch day in and day out for years before they will make a move? Again who is paying for this huh? And again the terror threats maybe resolved if these agencies began to listen to the people and also its very agents who also attempt to get them to move on these issues whereby higher clouted authorities tell them to stand down.

 

Now for who is Mr. Healey the son of a Pakistanian and a socialite, who later was hired in the DEA and acted as a informant, the article states;

 

“ Mr. Headley an early release from probation so that he could be sent to work for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration in Pakistan” Yep he was locked up and then released to work within the DEA oversees.

 

Within another quote from the same article:

 

“American authorities sent David C. Headley, a small-time drug dealer and sometime informant, to work for them in Pakistan months after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, despite a warning that he sympathized with radical Islamic groups, according to court records and interviews. Not long after Mr. Headley arrived there, he began training with terrorists, eventually playing a key role in the 2008 attacks that left 164 people dead in Mumbai”.

 

Within a New York times article David Headley states the following;

 

“He moved effortlessly between the United States, Pakistan and India for nearly seven years, training at a militant camp in Pakistan on five occasions, according to a plea agreement released by the Justice Department last week.”

My point is this, I saw the same thing within Illinois again just before 9/11 WTC attack which had ties in the Middle West, within suburban areas of Chicago and again my complains went no where other than to create a undercover attack on my life and that of my family in over to cover-up activities of watching!

 

In fact during this time the DEA was involved within a major investigation which was called Operation Mountain Express II which began before 2000 in wish they were involved in tracking money laundering within many of the Midwestern states which had reached into California, Texas and Florida whereby the proceeds were used in paying for Bin Laden terror activities again something I reported and had ended up with counterfeit money orders in my bank within a payback while the very same informants working undercover and at large are sitting pretty on the streets still. In policing terms they are called Perks but in the upper levels they are going to get 20 yrs large and are told to act as puppets for the various agencies.

 

Here is another example from the New York times article which states:

 

“David C. Headley, 49, included scouting targets in several cities in India and meeting with a senior operative of Al Qaeda in Pakistan’s tribal areas. These and other new details of Mr. Headley’s activities, contained in the plea agreement, raise troubling questions about how an American citizen could travel for so long undetected from his home base in Chicago to well-established terrorist training camps in Pakistan.”

 

Please note the key words within Chicago and Al Qaeda again this was reporting about his activities in that area in 2001 and before. Taking these issues into the agencies which I when in and out of Illinois and even oversees like the 2 ex wives and 1 ex girlfriend and who knows how many other piles of people who may have noticed and reported the very same issues no one was interested. It was just ramblings from the unknowledgeable public who have no clue of what they are seeing, again it’s like we are stupid. And it took them until October of 2010 to arrest him no where else other than at O’Hare Airport in CHICAGO!

 

David C Headley’s real name is “Daood Gilani”

 

Daood Gilani was born in Washington, D.C., where his father, Sayed Salim Gilani, worked for the Voice of America. His Maryland-born mother, (Alice) Serrill Headley (1939–2008), worked as a secretary at the Pakistani embassy in Washington at the time of his birth and was the "libertine" daughter of former University of Maryland football star L. Coleman Headley

There is more to why Headley is important to India:

1. Headley was part of the inner core which planned and executed 26/11 is the unique witness who can nail, the Pakistani generals, Jihad heads, US Intel agents and a whole lot of other people. If, US-CIA/DEA was somehow involved with 26/11, Headley is the living walking proof of it.
2.  

The working of Intel agencies are like a web with multiple prongs. That the US is stonewalling India on the 26/11 investigations perhaps, just perhaps because the US is as deep in shit as the Pakistanis are on 26/11? Dawood Geelani might be liquidated well before India gets true unfettered access to him.

 

2. Chindu, also seems to be obfuscating the issue somewhat. He is an accomplished lawyer himself. He knows what India can do with the legal system in the US and what it can't. There seems to be a dog and pony show going on with GoI mandarins blowing hot and cold and the US joining in with a few statements from ambassadors etc. But India does not seem to be walking the talk on this. GoI could have hired lawyers in the US who will represent the victims of 26/11 to prevent any plea bargain from being successfully executed, I don't think GoI has done any of that. Meanwhile with each passing day, slowly and surely Dawood Geelani is heading towards a pleasant retirement under the witness protection program.

 

3. India wanting access to headley is not only to extract info that will tie up the gaps in the Intel - Intel which India will get either way from sources in Pakistan, but as a witness who will nail Hafiz Sayeed, and a whole lot of other generals and handlers.

 

4. Finally I refuse to believe that there is or was only one like David Headley. There must be others. Perhaps some based in India. Perhaps David might slip info on these others.

 

WRT 26/11 investigations and the US, this seems to be 1993 Mumbai redux, where the US seems to be protecting its faithful servant Pakistan and its Generals from legal problems. The more things change, they remain the same.

In fact many of my agency friends told me they attempted to stop things report the truth at least of life and many are dead because they will come after you. Again all while the general public has no clue of what is going on within created Matrix like clouds of vapid smoke in a wind tunnel no one knows see’s and or has a clue of anything. And no one believes but its coming out now and President Obama is dealing with this issue oversees while the people within the US are stated he is on vacation and is not involved in our politics. What’s more interesting is that this all happened in 2001 which was under the previous administrations watch. But again the other side will claim its done to President Obama.

 

 

So who is watching over us! Well the people can’t report to the agencies about terrorist because they view our insight as being far fetch and not real, until 4 yrs later after they score a big hit and then the information is what they came up with!
