Philadelphia band Sun Airway's debut LP, Nocturne of Exploded Crystal Chandelier, is getting high marks from critics and fans alike for its mix of percolating electronics and catchy pop hooks. 

I talked to Sun Airway's John Barthmus about the band's beginnings and making the switch from guitar rock to computer pop:

They hit the stage at Chicago's Lincoln hall tonight as part of their national US tour, opening up for Brooklyn's Bear In Heaven. In the meantime, check out the fantastic video for "Put The Days Away," the first single from Nocturne...:
