When you think of a typical environmentalist, you might picture a crunchy young white person rocking some birkenstocks and an $80 organic t-shirt. And you might never even stop to think about whether or not taking care of the environment is a religious duty. But for Veronica Kyle, coordinator for Congregational Outreach at Faith in Place, and Reverend Waltrina Middleton from Trinity United Church of Christ, environmentalism is a matter of faith. Veronica and Waltrina join Molly and Brian to talk about the spiritual side of going green, and turn the stereotype of a typical environmentalist on its head.
