- Luis Guttierrez - 4th district Congressman since 1993
- Manny Flores - Chairman of Illinois Commerce Comission, former 1st ward Alderman
- Jesse Jackson - you know him
- Jesse Jackson Jr. - 2nd district Congressman since 1995
- Bobby Rush - 1st district Congressman since 1993
- Toni Berrios - [threw in a Latina] 39th district IL-House of Representatives
- Rahm Emanuel - White House Chief of Staff, former 5th district Congressman
- Forrest Claypool - Cook County Commissioner former Daley Chief of Staff
- Tony Peraica - Cook County Commissioner
- Dorothy Brown - Cook County Circuit Court Clerk
- Mike Quigley - 5th District Congressman
- Emil Jones - recently retired President of the Illinois Senate
